Florida International University (FIU) Continuing Education is partnering with Ziplines Education, a career accelerator focused on upskilling professionals at all career levels, to launch industry-aligned online non-credit certificate programs that give South Florida professionals the skills they need to stay ahead in today’s job market. The collaboration underscores both institutions' commitment to workforce development and economic mobility, ensuring learners are prepared for the evolving job market.

The new non-credit certificate programs will focus on high-growth career fields, including Project Management, Product Management, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Salesforce Administration, and AI Prompting. These programs are taught by experienced practitioners in the field and provide working professionals with industry-recognized credentials, practical experience, and the flexibility to upskill without disrupting their careers.

Recent labor market trends highlight the relevance of these programs. Over the past six months, job postings in the Miami area requiring project management skills have surged by 41%, while demand for Salesforce administration expertise has grown by 50%, and AI prompting has increased by 44%. FIU and Ziplines Education are addressing these needs by offering accessible, industry-aligned training that prepares professionals to excel in today’s job market.
