SALT LAKE CITY — DEC. 12, 2024 — Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences has been named one of Utah Business’s 2024 Best Companies to Work For for the second year in a row.
Joyce University employs a dedicated staff of 380 employees nationwide, with 210 based in Utah. The university earned the honors following an anonymous workforce survey conducted by Utah Business. Companies eligible for the award are scored on a number of criteria including flexibility, pay equity, vacation time, management, and more.
Utah Business awarded similar honors to Joyce University in 2023. The university has also earned Top Workplace awards in 2024 from the Salt Lake Tribune and USA Today, respectively.
