MARKETview Education Partners, LLC, has published its second-annual Partner Survey Report, providing firsthand perspectives from prominent enrollment leaders at colleges and universities nationwide.
Designed around the topic of “Adapting to a New Era of Enrollment Management,” this survey addresses several timely topics. From the importance of investing in data and volatility at the leadership level to the ability to pivot per unexpected market shifts and more, the higher ed landscape is experiencing dramatic change and disruption at an accelerated pace.
The combined survey responses reveal several key takeaways that enrollment practitioners can use to inform their strategic planning, including:
- Test-optional policies: Since last year’s report, respondents saw a 10 percentage point increase in being undecided about their test-optional plans for the future.
- Digital marketing budgets: Nearly 50% of respondents plan to increase their investments in digital marketing this year.
- AI has not been widely adopted: Over 72% of respondents have not adapted AI tools into their day-to-day activities, while nearly 50% believe AI will impact their work positively in the future.
“The enrollment profession is now entering a new era full of unpredictability and a rapid pace of change,” says DJ Menifee, Managing Director of Client Success, MARKETview.
“Our goal with this year’s Partner Survey Report was to understand the emerging themes shaping the landscape and gauge how campus leaders are responding to them.”
